Overview

The iCore Portal is the starting point for working with your integrations. It provides a web-based interface where you can access your iCore systems and integrations, run portal applications, download software and documentation, and perform common operational tasks.

The portal is designed to make it easier to interact with your integration landscape, without requiring direct access to the underlying iCore Integration Suite (iCIS) environment.

iCore Portal overview

What is iCore Portal?

iCore Portal brings together several features that are commonly needed when working with integrations and integration platforms:

  • Access to your iCore Cloud systems and environments
  • Web-based applications for configuration and operations
  • Tools for testing and validation
  • Centralized access to downloads and documentation

Instead of switching between different tools or environments, the portal provides a single, consistent interface for these activities.

Access and login

To access iCore Portal, you need an iCore iPaaS account.

  • Your account must use the domain @icorepaas.com
  • If you do not have an account, contact iCore Service Center at support@icore.se
note

If you already have an iCore iPaaS account but cannot access the portal, your user may need additional permissions. In that case, contact iCore Service Center for assistance.

Once your account and permissions are in place, you can log in to the portal.

What can you do in iCore Portal?

Depending on your role and permissions, you can use the portal to perform tasks such as:

Access your systems and integrations

If you are an iCore Cloud customer, you can access your iCore systems directly from the portal. This includes environments such as development and test, as well as the integrations running in those environments.

The portal acts as a controlled entry point, reducing the need for direct system access.

Run portal applications

The portal hosts a set of web-based applications that support common integration-related tasks.

Examples include:

  • Application Integration Map (AIM) – a visual overview of your applications and integrations
  • Managed File Transfer (MFT) – a guided application for configuring secure file transfers
  • Regression Test – for creating and managing regression tests (see below)
  • Additional apps that support configuration, monitoring, or operations

Each app is focused on a specific use case and is designed to be used without deep knowledge of internal iCore components.

Create and manage regression tests

You can create regression tests to verify that systems and integrations behave as expected, for example after upgrades or configuration changes.

This helps ensure stability and reduces the risk of introducing errors when changes are deployed.

For more detailed guidance on working with the regression test environment, including how to deploy and run regression tests, refer to the iCore Cloud documentation.

Download software and resources

The Downloads section is primarily intended for customers who run iCore Integration Suite (iCIS) on-prem.

Here you can download:

  • iCore Integration Suite releases
  • Tools and packages
  • Supporting documentation and technical resources
note

If you are using iCore Cloud, most system components are managed for you, and downloads are typically not required for day-to-day work in the portal.

About this documentation

This documentation focuses on the applications available in iCore Portal, how they work, and how to use them effectively.

Each application has its own section, describing:

  • What the app is used for
  • Key concepts and limitations
  • Step-by-step instructions
  • Practical examples
